Taro~Elfman lied

Taro is a char I made up for a rp,he is like Lucy form Elfman lied his horns are under his hair and the feather in his hair is form a fight with the Angel of Death,(Taro won) he has 13 arms and he went crazy cutting 13 into his face~ (I think Train form Black cat would be good friends with Taro~XD)
